Stuart Nivison, Head of Portfolio Management
As Head of Portfolio Management, Stuart Nivison is responsible for the relationship management and oversight of the NWF's growing portfolio of assets which includes debt, guarantees, direct equity investments and managed funds. His team also oversees management of the UK Guarantee Scheme on behalf of HM Treasury. He has a long-held personal interest in sustainability, having facilitated and championed the early development of sustainable supply chains in multinationals.
Stuart has deep international banking experience, having worked in a variety of senior roles for HSBC across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe including Regional Head of Trade Finance and Global Head of Business Banking. He is a graduate of Cambridge University holding a master’s degree in engineering and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
