Davinder Mann, General Counsel and Company Secretary
Davinder Mann is General Counsel and Company Secretary at the National Wealth Fund.
Davinder is a city-trained project finance lawyer and an experienced General Counsel who oversees the provision of complex advice on finance transactions, compliance matters and issues of public law.
Davinder previously held executive level positions at UK Export Finance, another public financial institution and one of the world’s leading export credit agencies, as Director of Legal & Compliance and then Director of Strategy, Policy & Climate Change. In both roles Davinder was instrumental in setting up new functions and modernising existing ones.
Davinder began her legal career at Herbert Smith and Linklaters and has over a year of experience as a trainee NED on the board of Ordnance Survey.
